Do You Make The Candles By Hand?
Yes! Absolutely! Every candle is made by hand in batches so there may be slight differences between colours and toppers from one candle to another so your candle is unique!
Where are you located?
Currently we do not have a physical store so the only way to smell the candles in person is by coming to one of the markets/events we are at!
The candles are made in a little studio in Wellington central where you can pickup your order by arrangement
Are they pet safe?
They sure are! I check and make sure all my candle fragrances are safe for pets as I have my own fur babies too!

This isn't to say that pets can have their own special allergies though! If this does occur please let me know so I can make note!
How do you make it smell like _____?
I love this question and its a constant one!
Its a delicate mix of carefully chosen fragrance oils which I have thoroughly tested to get the right blend and balance to ensure you get the most out of your candle and that it smells like what it says it is!

Its a mixture of chemistry and a whole load of trial and error!
Can I make my own candles?
I can do this by arrangement! - I have done birthday parties and girls nights where everyone gets to make and take home a candle so send me a message if you would like to explore this idea further!
What are the payment options?
We accept all main Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Afterpay or Cash.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your item IÂ will do anything IÂ can to fix it for you, if you have customized an item IÂ am not able to offer a refund but will work with you to find a solution
Do you sell gift cards?
When will IÂ receive my order?
I try to ship orders as soon as I can, if the item is in stock it will be sent the next day. For custom orders it takes approximately 2-3 days to make depending on how many orders I have and the complexity of the item(s) but I will be in touch if the wait time will be longer than that!
Do you re-use the Jars?
I would love to and I do but currently I don't have a specific process in place for this online but if you bring along a clean empty jar to me in person at a market I can offer discounts on a replacement candle!
